More expectation

Wednesday, September 26, 2007

I just noticed that my boss actually have higher expectation of me. I don't know - he was saying something like i catch new things faster than the other 2 more senior colleagues, and i tend to understand things faster. And also, i know almost exactly what he wanted when he asked me to do something.

I was thinking, dude, I was from the same place as you do. In fact, you were the one that coach me back then. From where we were from, we were expected to learn things fast. And everything keeps changing so dynamically that things that you spoke about this month may not be relevant anymore in the coming month.

I don't know - i'm just doing my job. If that kind of thing qualify me for a job grade upgrade & increment, i'll be more than happy to accept it :)
